Recipe Ingredients for Liver Cleansing Salad

1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup celery
1 cup green pepper
1 cup green beans
4 spring onions
1/2 cup snow peas
1 cup parsley
1 cup cucumber
3 cherry tomatoes
1 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried cumin
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Liver Cleansing Salad

  1. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute, drain, run under cold water and drain again

  2. Score cucumber skin with a fork and rinse under cold water and dice

  3. Toss all ingredients together
