3 cups chopped green beans
3 cups chopped celery
3 cups chopped zucchini
1 cup green onions
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Liver Broth

  1. Steam all of the above contents.

  2. When vegetables are tender place in a blender with a little bit of steaming water.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. The broth should be fairly thick.
