Recipe Ingredients for Little Strata

4 oz Sourdough Bread Bowl
4 large Egg, Whole
1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli
2.822 oz Cipollini Onion
1.5 serving (Grass Point Farms) Fat Free Milk
1 oz Fontina
1 oz Mild Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Little Strata

  1. Blanch broccoli.

  2. Cube bread bowl

  3. Shred cheeses

  4. Mix milk & eggs.

  5. Combine dry ingredients in a baking dish

  6. Pour egg mixture over it.

  7. Let sit for 12-24 hours.

  8. Bake at 350 for 45 mins.
