use one 6oz can tomato paste, 1T worcestershire, 2lbs beef.

Recipe Ingredients for Little Meatloaves

3 large Egg, White
0.5 cup Fat Free Plain
5 serving Tomato Paste
2 serving Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup Quick Cooking Oats
1.33 cup, chopped Onions
1 tbsp Parsley, Dried
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
32 oz 90% Lean Ground Beef, Fresh
8 tbsp Ketchup

Recipe Directions for Little Meatloaves

Combine egg whites, yogurt, tomato paste, worchestershire, oats, onion, parsley, salt, poultry seasoning, garlic, and pepper. Work in the beef until mixed. Divide into 8 portions and shape them into loaves. Place on a rack coated with cooking spray. Place the rack on a baking sheet (with sides). Bake, uncovered, @350 for 30 min. Spoon ketchup over loaves. Bake 15 min longer.
