little biscuits I made for breakfast, not bad tasting. Wonder if I could substitute something healthier and lower calorie for the oil?

Recipe Ingredients for little biscuits no milk or flour

2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
2/3 cup water

Recipe Directions for little biscuits no milk or flour

mix together baking powder, salt, vegetable oil and water. Slowly mix in flour cup by cup. Should be able to knead this dough, if too sticky add more water. Roll out dough into 1/2 inches. use circle cutter to punch out biscuits. Bake at 450 for 10 - 12 minutes.
