Recipe Ingredients for Lite(ish) macaroni salad

320 g penne
15 g yogurt
26 g mayo
14 1/5 g butter
50 g cucumber
50 g carrot

Recipe Directions for Lite(ish) macaroni salad

  1. Cook penne according to directions.

  2. Drain pasta and put into small bowl.

  3. Dice carrots, cucumber.

  4. Mix yogurt, mayo and melted butter.

  5. Pour yogurt mixture onto pasta. Mix well, then add vegetables. Mix again and serve. Add salt and pepper to taste.
