Recipe Ingredients for Lite Veggie Scramble

1 large Egg, Whole
2 large Egg, White
2 oz Chicken Broth
1.5 oz Carrots, Baby
1.5 oz Onion Red
1 tbsp Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Lite Veggie Scramble

Heat enough chicken broth to cover the bottom of an egg skillet. Placed chopped carrots, onion, and peppers in the skillet to simmer until desired crispness. Add one whole egg and two egg whites. Scramble. Add Spinach as eggs are firming. Stir and cook until eggs are done.
