Recipe Ingredients for Lite Tofu and Mushroom Stir Fry

14 oz. extra firm lite tofu, cubed
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup green onions

Recipe Directions for Lite Tofu and Mushroom Stir Fry

  1. Marinate tofu in mixture of soy sauce and 1/3 cup water.

  2. Saute in lightly sprayed pan.

  3. Remove tofu.

  4. Add sliced mushrooms and sliced green onions until lightly cooked.

  5. Mix tofu in and serve.
