14 spears Steam Ready Asparagus Spears
2 serving (Shady Brook Farms) Turkey Breast Chops
1 cup, sliced Strawberries
1/4 cup, chopped Pecans
4 cup raw Mesclun Pack

Recipe Directions for Lite protein packed turkey salad

trim asparagus stem bottoms. Cube turkey breast. steam turkey and asparagus until done. Place steamed asparagus over greens, top with strawberries, pecan and turkey. Add your favorite dressing. I recommend a simple lime vinaigrette.
