This is just pureed avocado flavored with guacamole tastes, but no fats.

Recipe Ingredients for Lite guacamole

115 grams avocado
1 small tomato
1/4 cup red bell pepper
1/2 t salt
1/2 t garlic
1 leaf romaine lettuce
1 T cilantro

Recipe Directions for Lite guacamole

  1. Peel and mash avocado. Add salt, cilantro, and minced garlic.

  2. Put leaf of lettuce on plate, a scoop of mashed avocado.

  3. Sprinklediced tomato and pepper on top.
