Lite Clam Chowder. Clams from 2 cans of chopped clams (chicken of the sea).

Recipe Ingredients for Lite Clam Chowder

180 cal Chopped Clams
1 serving Snow's Clam Juice
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 potato (2-1/2" dia, sphere) Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
1.25 cup Milk
0.75 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Thyme, Fresh
0.5 Serving Sherry

Recipe Directions for Lite Clam Chowder

Separate clams and liquid. Reserve liquid and add clam juice to make 1 3/4 cups. Saute onion in butter. Add diced red potato, thyme, clam juice, salt and pepper and bring to boil. Reduce to simmer for 15 minutes. Add milk, condensed milk, clams and sherry. Simmer another 5 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley.
