Recipe Ingredients for Lite banana bread

2 cups flour
2 eggs
3 large bananas
1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Lite banana bread

Beat eggs, add bananas and mash together with brown sugar. Add apple sauce and stir to combine, sift dry ingredients and add to the wet mixing only to combine, bake in a loaf pan at 350 for one hour.
