fantastic tasting soup, great for lunch or dinner, and it is amazingly filling, too!

Recipe Ingredients for Lisa's Vegetable Soup

2 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/8 cup vegetable oil
14 1/2 oz. stewed tomatoes
29 oz. string beans
6 cups celery, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
6 cups beef broth
15 cups water
10 oz. no yolks egg noodles

Recipe Directions for Lisa's Vegetable Soup

  1. sautee garlic in oil on bottom of big stew pot.

  2. add diced onion and chopped celery. sautee until onions are translucent and celery is less crunchy. add garlic salt and parsley flakes to season.

  3. add stewed tomatoes, string beans, beef broth and water.

  4. simmer for 20-30 minutes on medium, covered.

  5. in last five minutes of cooking, add egg noodles and cook until tender.

  6. ENJOY!
