Pasta Salad with lots of colorful fresh veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Lisa's Pasta Salad

12 oz feta cheese
5 3/4 oz green olives, drained
6 oz black olives, drained
2 oz sun dried tomatoes
3 stalks broccoli, cut into florets (discard stems)
4 stalks celery, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
4 radishes, sliced
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
4 cups elbow macaroni or other cooked pasta (about 16 oz dry)

Recipe Directions for Lisa's Pasta Salad

Slice vegetables into bite-sized chunks, and crumble feta. OPTIONAL: Lightly steam broccoli florets and sliced carrots to make them slightly softer (though still al dente). Cook and chill pasta. Add all ingredients and stir thoroughly. Chill for at least an hour to allow flavors to mix well.
