Homemade meatloaf with herbs & sun-dried tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Lisa's Meatloaf

3 cloves garlic
1.33 lbs ground beef
0.67 lbs ground pork
2 cups italian bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable juice
1 cup watercress, chopped
3 oz sun-dried tomatoes
1 large onion, chopped
1 chopped fresh basil, oregano, parsley, and salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Lisa's Meatloaf

Preheat oven to 375. Chop all fresh ingredients. Mix all dry ingredients first, then mix the wet ingredients in. Form on parchment paper, or into a loaf pan, and bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
