Recipe Ingredients for Lisa's Lovely Lentil Stew

1/2 cup red lentils
1/2 cup green lentils
1/2 onion, chopped
3 celery stalks
1 large tomato
3 cups water
1/2 cup vegetable broth

Recipe Directions for Lisa's Lovely Lentil Stew

Cook lentils (which I sprouted by soaking in water for 24+ hrs) in water and vegetable broth (I actually used 1 cup of organic low sodium vegetable broth) with onion, pepper and basil (the recipe says a tsp but I used much more than that cause I like basil) for 30 mins. Then add tomato and celery and cook for another 15 mins. Enjoy!
