Recipe Ingredients for Lisa's Kick-Butt Basic Protein Smoothie with Blueberries and Strawberries

4 oz Water
1 scoop Protein powder of your choice (I use EAS 100% Whey in Vanilla, but for this recipe I had to use GNC's Whey brand)
70 g Frozen strawberries, unthawed
70 g Frozen blueberries, unthawed

Recipe Directions for Lisa's Kick-Butt Basic Protein Smoothie with Blueberries and Strawberries

  1. Place your ingredients in blender.

  2. Turn on blender on high, and blend until smooth and creamy (time depends on items you choose). Stir occasionally if needed.

  3. You can use milk instead of water, if you choose.
