Recipe Ingredients for Lisa's what ever ground beef dish

1 1/2 cups egg noodles
1 pound hamburger
1/2 onion
3/4 cup celery stalks
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons basil
1 teaspoon oregano
6 oz low sodium tomato sauce
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Lisa's what ever ground beef dish

  1. saute onion garlic and celery until beginning to soften, add ground beef and garlic.

  2. Saute until meat is browned - add tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese. Heat until thickened. Add cooked noodles and stir until combined. Put in 6 cup casserole and bake uncovered until 165 degrees. sprinkle top with cheddar and leave in oven until cheese melts.
