Delicious and Healthy Banana Muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Lisa's Delicious and Healthy Banana Muffins

1 cup flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
2 bananas
2/3 cup milk, 1% milk fat
1/3 cup honey

Recipe Directions for Lisa's Delicious and Healthy Banana Muffins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray muffin pan. Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Beat egg in large bowl. Stir in mashed bananas, milk and honey. Add dry ingredients until just mixed. Spoon into muffin pan. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until firm to the touch. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove; cool on wire rack. Makes 12 muffins.
