Chicken stiry fry using lower sodium teriyaki sauce, rather than soy sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Lisa's chicken stir fry

1 serving Chicken
39 grams Mushrooms
56 grams Broccoli
56 grams Carrots
25 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 1tsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
16 g Cornstarch
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/2 serving Natural Fresh Garlic

Recipe Directions for Lisa's chicken stir fry

  1. Using 1 TBSP olive oil, lightly saute veggies. Set aside.

  2. Using 1 TBSP olive oil, saute chicken (cut in bite size pieces).

  3. Add ter. sauce to (cold) water,stir in 2 TBSP cornstarch to thicken.

  4. Add sauce to skillet, add veggies w/chicken and cook and additional min or two.

  5. Serve on hot riice.
