Hearty and flavorful 10 minute chicken pot pie recipe. Bakes for 30 minutes.

Recipe Ingredients for Lisa's Chicken Pot Pie

1 cup bisquick
1/2 cup skim milk
1 egg
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
12 oz frozen green beans
6 oz frozen corn
1/4 cup chopped white onion
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup

Recipe Directions for Lisa's Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Mix cooked chicken, cooked green beans, cooked corn and onion in 9" pie pan.

  2. Top with 1/2 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup and lightly mix. Mix in pepper if desired.

  3. Combine 1 cup bisquick, milk and egg in bowl, mix with fork and add to top pie.

  4. Bake 400 degrees until golden brown, about 30 minutes. (I put pie pan ontop of cookie sheet to keep the oven clean from any boil overs).
