Recipe Ingredients for Lisa's broccoli quiche

8 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
4 large Egg, Whole
1 bunch Broccoli
2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
8 oz Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping
1 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Lisa's broccoli quiche

saute veggies in butter and add to beaten eggs, cream and cheese and bake at 350 for one hour (or until firm)
