3 pounds ground beef, 2 medium onions, 2 can chrushed tomatoes, 1 cup carrots chopped, 1 cup celery chopped, 1 cup radishes chopped, 1 pk

Recipe Directions for Lisa's black bean chili w/ veggies.

chop all veggies, start them in pan with 2tsp olive oil, once they have carmelized add tomatoes and deglaze pan, then add ground round and cover. cook 15 minutes add beans and turn down to simmer. simmer on low for as long as you like. Add additional tomato juice if to thick.
