Recipe Ingredients for Lisa Vegetable Soup

1/2 head cabbage
1 medium zucchini
6 oz tomato paste
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup carrots
2 medium potatoes
1 cup dark red kidney beans
1 cup butter beans
2 cups fat-free chicken broth
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
1 pinch salt

  1. chop cabbage

  2. slice zucchini

  3. cup carrots

  4. cube potatoes

  5. put all in slow cooker w/chicken broth

  6. add beans and spices

  7. cook for 6 to 8 hours
