Recipe Ingredients for Lisa Energy Bar

1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup pitted dried dates
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbls honey
6 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Lisa Energy Bar

  1. Place all ingredients except the nector and egg whites in food processor and pulse until mixture is finely chopped. Add agave nector and eggs and blend until a course paste.

  2. Spread in a 9 by 13 inch pan and bake 350 degrees for 20 mins.
