Recipe Ingredients for Lion House Meatloaf

2 lbs ground beef
3 eggs
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 tsp salt
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped onions
10 1/2 oz tomato soup

Recipe Directions for Lion House Meatloaf

  1. Combine ground beef with oats, salt, slightly beaten eggs, and 1/2 the sauce (see below).

  2. To make sauce, combine onions, tomato soup, worchestershire sauce, and a bit of ground pepper.

  3. Mold the meat mixture into a bread loaf pan and empty the molded loaf into a 9x13 pan.

  4. Pour the remaining sauce over the meatloaf.

  5. Bake for about an hour at 350-400 degrees F.
