Linguine with Blue Cheese and Spinach

Recipe Ingredients for Linquine with Blue Cheese and Spinach

400 grams linguine
1 tbs. butter
2 tbs flour
3/4 cup milk
30 grams blue cheese
1 cup frozen spinach

Recipe Directions for Linquine with Blue Cheese and Spinach

Melt butter and slowly add flour to make a roux. Slowly add milk stirring constantly until thickened. Add blue cheese and spinach. Cook linquine until done and mix together with sauce. Optional serve with chopped sundried tomatoes and lightly sauteed pecans.
