Recipe Ingredients for Linguini w/Shrimp & Tomatoes

1 tbsp olive oil
6 shrimp, jumbo
4 ounces diced tomatoes
2 ounces spaghetti
1 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon red pepper

Recipe Directions for Linguini w/Shrimp & Tomatoes

  1. Prepare pasta according to instructions

  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat

  3. Add shrimp and cook on medium for ~ 5 minutes

  4. Add tomotes (with juice) and allow to simmer for ~ 5-7 minutes

  5. Add cooked pasta to mixture, stirring to saturate

  6. Sprinkle parsley & red pepper and allow to simmer for 5 additional minutes
