Delicious! Recipe from Eat better america in 30-minutes or less category. I omitted the extra salt, as it really didn't need it.

Recipe Ingredients for Linguine with Tuna and Tomatoes

12 oz uncooked linguine
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered (or coarsely chopped tomatoes)
12 oz tuna in water, drained, flaked
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
2 tablespoons olive, canola or soybean oil
2 clove garlic, finely chopped

Recipe Directions for Linguine with Tuna and Tomatoes

  1. In 3-quart saucepan, cook linguine to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain. (nice tip: sauté the tuna & garlic with olive oil in pan while pasta drains) Return pasta to saucepan.

  2. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the feta cheese for garnish. Add remaining feta cheese and remaining ingredients to linguine; toss to mix. Sprinkle with reserved feta cheese.
