Recipe Ingredients for Linguine with Shrimp and vegetables

2 oz Whole Grain Linguine
6 oz Shrimp, Mixed Species
1/2 cup Peas, Green
1/2 cup Asparagus
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 cloves, raw Garlic
6.173 oz Fat Free Yogurt Plain
1 oz Parsley
1 serving Coarse Kosher Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
6 Teaspoon Juice

Recipe Directions for Linguine with Shrimp and vegetables

  1. Clean and dice green pepper. Clean and thinly slice asparagus. Bring water to boil in large pot. Cook Linguine 5 minutes - Add Shrimp, green pepper, asparagus and peas, cook for 4 minutes or until pasta is tender and shrimp is cooked. Drain super well.

  2. Mash up garlic. Add garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil to yogurt, Mix super well or whisk them together.

  3. Add Yogurt mixture to Pasta and Shrimp Toss lightly until pasta is coated.

  4. Serve
