Recipe Ingredients for Linguine w/seafood

1 lb linguine
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lb bay scallops
1/2 lb shrimp
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup red peppers
1 tbs grated cheese

Recipe Directions for Linguine w/seafood

  1. Boil linguine.

  2. Saute mushrooms and peppers in seasoned olive oil.

  3. Add shrimp & scallops.

  4. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
