Makes 6 servings



Heat oil in frying pan with olive oil, add garlic and onions and chilli if required. After a minute add prawns and salmon, with 1 spoon of butter. Stir, untill coated and prawns are cooked. Add 1 pint stock preferably chicken to give the sauce more depth, ( fish or vegetable stock can also be used.) Make a bechamel sauce ( Warm 1 tbsp of butter add 2 tbsp of flour cream together then gradually add milk, when blended till smooth add to pan. once combined add cream cheese (optional) Bring the Linguine to boil in a water add salt to taste. Then combine the ingredients together preferably adding the pasta to the sauce rather than vice versa. add spinach (Fresh if possible, if frozen add when stock goes in) , salt and pepper - Serve

5 tbsp low fat cream cheese
1/2 pint semi skimmed milk
1 tsp salt

225 g spinach
225 g prawn
225 g prawn
1 lb linguine
225 g salmon
