Recipe Ingredients for linguine with pesto, potatoes, and beans

14 oz green beans
14 oz whole wheat linguine
2 large potatoes
1/4 cup pesto
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 oz parmesan

Recipe Directions for linguine with pesto, potatoes, and beans

  1. Boil water. Cook green beans 3-4 min. Drain, reserving cooking water and set aside.

  2. Return water to a boil and cook linguine 5 min. Add potatoes and cook until pasta is al dente and potatoes are tender - 7-8 min.

  3. Drain well. Reserve 3T cooking liquid and trasnfer to a large serving bowl. Add reserved liquid to pesto.

  4. Spoon over pasta and potatoes. Add green beans and toss well. Season with pepper and parmesan.
