Recipe Ingredients for Linguine Pancetta

12 oz linguine
1 can tomato puree
8 oz pancetta
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tblsp red pepper flakes
3 tblsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Linguine Pancetta

Cook pancetta in a heavy pan until crisp, drain off grease leaving behind about 2 Tablespoons, add olive oil. Sautee onions and garlic with the diced pancetta, add tomatoes and cook until thickened. Meanwhile, cook the linguine. When sauce is done, add linguine and toss until thoroughly mixed.
