250 grams Mushrooms, Brown, Italian, Or Crimini
2 tsp Lemon Peel

1/2 tsp Sea Salt
3 dash Pepper, Black
260 grams Spaghetti
1 oz Parmesan, Grated Cheese
15 grams Basil, Fresh
3 tbsp Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping
40 grams Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Linguine Mushrooms

  1. Boil pasta

  2. heat oil in skillet, add minced garlic, cook 1 minute

  3. add mushrooms, cook 5 minutes

  4. add lemon zest, juice, salt, pepper

  5. add some cream and milk, lower heat when boiling

  6. add cooked pasta to skillet, with 3 teaspoons of cooking liquid, stir

  7. add parmesan and basil, toss
