Linguine w/ Ham, Peas, and Mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Linguine w/ Ham, Peas, and Mushrooms

16 oz linguine
4 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
16 oz mushrooms, sliced
8 oz ham, baked matchstick
1 cup peas, frozen
3 cups chicken stock
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter
2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Linguine w/ Ham, Peas, and Mushrooms

  1. cook linguine to package

  2. meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp oil over moderate heat, add garlic saute for 3 min, add mushrooms saute 3 min longer. Add ham and saute 12min. Add peas, stock, seasonings, raise heat to high and boil uncovered for 3 min or until liquid is slightly reduced. Remove from heat swirl in the butter, drain the linguine and add to the skillet along w/ cheese. Toss lightly.
