1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 small Onions
1 tablespoon Sage
15 oz Cannellini White Kidney Beans
3 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.5 cup Vegetable Stock
16 oz Macaroni, Whole-wheat, Cooked

Recipe Directions for linguine with fresh sage and white bean sauce

  1. soften onions in pan, add fresh sage leaves to cook 1 minute.add beans vinegar and pepper to blend flavors.

  2. blend the mixture until creamy, add stock to loosen mix.

  3. cook pasta, drain and add sauce.

  4. fresh sage leaves for garnish.
