Recipe Ingredients for linguine and clam sauce

8 oz. penne
3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cans Clams, minced
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
2 tablespoon fresh parsley

Recipe Directions for linguine and clam sauce

  2. Cook linguini according to package directions; drain. In medium skillet or saucepan, saute garlic in olive oil and butter over low heat for one minute. Stir in liquid from clams, white wine and thyme leaves. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in clams and heat just until warm. Toss linguini with clam sauce. Season to taste. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4 servings.
