Recipe Ingredients for Linguine with Caramelized Onion and Broccoli (Sans Sauce)

1 large yellow onion
1 1/2 cups broccoli
3 tbsp canola oil
16 ounces linguine
3 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Linguine with Caramelized Onion and Broccoli (Sans Sauce)

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high. Spreay grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Brush onion (cut into quarters) and broccoli (trimmed and split into quarters) evenly with oil. Grill onion and broccoli, cut sides down, covered with grill lid for 7-8 minutes per side.

  3. In large bowl combine pasta (cooked), Alfredo sauce(warmed) and lemon.

  4. Roughly chop grilled onion and broccoli. Serve over pasta.
