1.5 cup Peas, Green
1.5 cup, cubes Yam
6 slice, thin Onions
4 oz Wine, Table, Red

Recipe Directions for Linguicia Scramble

  1. Slice linguicia and brown in pan. transfer to wok, leaving grease in original pan.

  2. Add diced yam, shelled peas, and onion slices. Add wine, cover and simmer until vegetables are tender.

  3. Serves 4
