Absolutely delicious!!! This super-moist, chocolate cake isn't exactly healthy, but it's okay to splurge once in a while, right!?

Recipe Ingredients for Lindsey's Chocolate Zucchini Cake

1 3/4 cup water
1 cup uncooked oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup shredded fresh zucchini
1 tbsp baking cocoa, unsweetened
12 ounce semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Lindsey's Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Pour water over oatmeal. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add sugars and butter; stir till butter is melted. Add zucchini and eggs. Mix well. Sift flour, soda, salt, and cocoa. Add to mixture; stir. Add 1/2 bag of chocolate chips. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Sprinkle with remaining chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
