Recipe Ingredients for Lindsey's Baked Chicken Tenders

2 lbs chicken breast
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp seasoning salt
1/2 cup skim milk
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Recipe Directions for Lindsey's Baked Chicken Tenders

Preheat oven to 375. Trim fat from chicken breast, cut into approximately 1.5 inch strips. Mix eggs and milk in separate bowl. Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, seasoning salt, salt, pepper in separate bowl. Dredge chicken in milk and egg mixture, then dredge through breadcrumbs and place on baking sheet. Once all pieces are covered, place in oven for 25-30 minutes, until browned.
