This is an easy recipe to make - weigh it all out and whizz in the food processor until its the texture you want rough or smooth. The bites, which weigh about 15g each (1/2 oz) are a nice sweet chocolate bite, and contain no artificial nasties. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

50 g rolled oats
25 g raisins
20 g peanuts
10 g cocoa powder
5 g almonds
5 g walnuts
3 tbsp apple juice
