Easy stir fry with noodles instead of rice

Recipe Ingredients for Linda's Chicken Stir Fry with Noodles

1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 lbs chicken
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 lb spaghetti noodles
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 cups broccoli
3 cups sugar snap pea pods [
2 cup red pepper or yellow pepper

Recipe Directions for Linda's Chicken Stir Fry with Noodles

  1. Chop chicken and marinate in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes, overnight is fine.

  2. Boil water for noodles. (I used spaghetti noodles because that's what we had in the cupboard, but you can use something else.)

  3. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. (Or use a wok.) Add minced garlic, saute for about 2 minutes.

  4. (Cook noodles during this time, according to package directions, and drain.)

  5. Add chicken, cook until chicken is done. Add soy sauce and vegetables. (2 packages of frozen stir fry veggies works great.)

  6. Serve chicken and veggies over noodles.
