Recipe Ingredients for Lime Ginger Salmon

454 g salmon
2 tsp ginger
1/4 cup honey
88 g lime juice
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Lime Ginger Salmon

  1. mix all ingredients in a small bowl

  2. put salmon in shallow pan

  3. pour mix over salmon, saving 2 tbsp for later

  4. put salmon in preheated oven (425 degrees) for 35 minutes

  5. when serving, pour remaining sauce on fish
