Delicious recipe for pork loin or chops

Recipe Ingredients for Lime and Ginger Pork

1/3 cup lime juice
2 tbs honey
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp ginger, ground
1 tbs garlic
12 ounces pork

Recipe Directions for Lime and Ginger Pork

  1. Create a marinade with first 5 ingredients.

  2. Marinade pork for 30 minutes

  3. Brown pork in a pre-heated skillet, pour marinade over pork and bring to a simmer. Cover and reduce heat.

  4. Simmer for 6-8 minutes until the pork is done.

  5. Remove pork and boil marinade for 30 to 40 seconds.
