Grilled chicken marinated in Lime juice and ginger

Recipe Ingredients for Lime and Ginger Grilled Chicken

0.3 cup Lime Juice
0.5 oz Clover Honey
6 tsp Ginger Root
32 oz(113 g) Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 grams Iodized Salt
1 g Chipotle

Recipe Directions for Lime and Ginger Grilled Chicken

  1. Mix ingredients in large zip top bag

  2. pound chicken to 1/2 inch

  3. add chicken to bag and marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight recommended)

  4. grill chicken until no longer pink inside

  5. leftover marinade can be boiled for 5-10 minutes to make a sauce. May have to add 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup lime juice before boiling.
