Recipe Ingredients for lime and cilantro shrimp salad

10 large shrimp
1 avocado
1 tbsp garlic
1/2 onion
1 chili pepper
1 tbsp cumin
1/2 cup black beans
3 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp cilantro

Recipe Directions for lime and cilantro shrimp salad

  1. clean shrimp and cut into large chunks

  2. cut avocado into large pieces

  3. finely chop garlic, onion and chili pepper

  4. mix all ingredients together and chill in fridge for 2 hours or until shrimp turns pink and is "cooked" by lime juice.

  5. for a quicker version, first cook shrimp then plunge in an ice bath, then add other ingredients. can serve immediately
