Recipe Ingredients for Lime Cilantro Shrimp

22 oz Shrimp, Mixed Species
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 clove Garlic
1 medium raw Lime
3 serving, raw Cilantro

Recipe Directions for Lime Cilantro Shrimp

  1. Heat saute pan on high heat.

  2. Add oil and shrimp; cook 2 minutes til shrimp is caramelized.

  3. Turn shrimp; add garlic.

  4. Cook 1-2 more minutes.

  5. Remove from heat.

  6. Add juice of 1 lime.

  7. Add cilantro.

  8. Toss gently.
