Recipe Ingredients for Lime Cilantro Rice

1 cup long grain white rice
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice
2 cups water
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Lime Cilantro Rice

  1. add water, salt, and butter to sauce pan

  2. bring to a boil and add rice

  3. cover and turn down heat

  4. cook for 20 min

  5. add cilantro and lime juice
